BENEFIT CONCERT FOR SSMT
Sunday, April 29th, 2012We are having a benefit concert for Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre on Sunday, May 20 at 7 p.m. It will be a concert, Give My Regards to Broadway, by SU alums who have performed in SSMT seasons and moved on with their career to perform on Broadway. Performers to include J. Robert Spencer of the original cast of Jersey Boys and Tony Award Nominee for his performance in Next to Normal, Kathy Voytko appeared in the original cast of the Broadway revival of Oklahoma! and Nine and who is scheduled to begin rehearsal in the fall with Hal Prince’s The Prince of Broadway. Aaron Galligan-Stierle and Kris Koop who are both currently in Phantom of the Opera on Broadway will perform as well. Rick Costa, whose Broadway credits include Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and Cabaret is also on the evening’s program.
